WELCOME
I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist who believes that journaling isn’t just writing—it’s a doorway to healing and transformation. I teach journaling for emotional health, helping people explore their inner worlds, one word at a time.

Since 2011, I’ve been leading writing groups and remain deeply fascinated by how reframing our stories can reshape the way we live our lives.

I’ve been keeping a notebook or journal for all my adult life—a space to work out what I really think and feel about my experiences. I believe journaling isn’t about perfect sentences—it’s about showing up to the page as you are. In those stuttered lines and messy thoughts, something powerful can emerge.

Whether you’re picking up a pen for the first time or returning to an old notebook, you’re welcome here. Whether you want to:

Journaling isn’t just about writing—it’s about listening. To your thoughts, your feelings, and the quiet wisdom waiting beneath the surface.

Take a deep breath. Begin where you are.

I believe:

You are more wise than aware
Words matter

The pen is best balanced between inner and outer worlds

Therefore selecting the write pen is important ...
and you can never have too many journals

It’s hard to hear yourself in the midst of life
Patterns emerge

Memories are more treasured when you write them down
Sometimes you just gotta vent

No one will ever know you like you know yourself

You can influence your day by what you write in the morning
and write your way to clarity and better choices

Listen to the one who is listening
and you will learn things you don't know you know

Sometimes there is too much to say;
sometimes one word can sum it up

Be angry, be silly, be rational, be kind
Talk to yourself
